Come pay us a visit

Whether it’s gentling a wild mustang, competing at a national level competition, training your horse, or lessons on riding, Tashunka has you covered. Located on the east side of Redmond, WA, with miles of riding trails and top-notch instructors, we’re a relaxed, family-friendly haven for all of your equine adventures.

Our ranch

Tashunka features 21 stalls, 2 mustang paddocks, a covered arena, and plenty more.

An onsite trail loop allows for warm up, cool down, or just a short hack. Connect to the multitude of horse-friendly trails off the Powerline Trail, a 20-minute ride that will let your animal get ready for the next adventure.

Our 60’ x 80’ covered arena is enclosed on three sides with a sand loam mixture for the best footing. Overhead arena lights allow you to complete your training sessions year-round, regardless of shortened daylight throughout the winter.

As with each and every animal at Tashunka, down-time definitely comes into play. However, the fun doesn’t end there. Boarded horses get to enjoy daily turnout in pairs or on their own. Pastures range in size and composition, from small to very large, as well as dry lots to fields of green.

Our horses

Tashunka’s horses really are the most valued instructors we have, each displaying their own unique personality, strength, and challenges.
